Windows 10: Screen broke? Computer stroke?

My computer just **** isn’t working. Like, I can see the screen but there are no icons. And every time I try to click, my cursor turns into a blue circle and the screen glitches for a second. And by glitches, I mean goes black. The screen turns black for a second. CTRL, esc, the lil f buttons are all unresponsive. No matter what key I click on my keyboard, my computer will ignore me. Pls help xx

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.
