Windows 10: Screen captures on windows 10 have a yellow tint

Hi,


I was taking a screenshot on my windows 10 and I see that the color of the screenshot is not as the screen looks. It is tinted yellow.

I have checked for the night light feature. It is switched off. I have also checked for custom color profiles in color management. But nothing works. Any help is appreciated.


Here are some screenshots of the same. I luckily happen to have taken a screenshot of my screen a few days back. The other one is the screenshot that I took today.

There is clear yellow tint on the screen. But, I don't know how to go ahead and fix this. Thanks.

Yellow tint after Windows 10 update

This morning I received an update for my Windows 10 Home 64 bit (Windows 10 to Windows 10 update). After the update my screen has a yellow tint.

I followed a previous suggestion to reboot in safe mode. It helped: the screen is normal white. When I reboot again to the normal mode, the yellow tint returned.

Hi,

I cannot seem to get rid of this yellow tint that stays on my screen. My nightlight is off and I have updated all my display drivers. Someone please help me get my white screen back. I have done everything I have seen in the threads and I just can't figure
it out.

Flickering Yellow Tint, Possible White Balance Issue on Windows 10 Apps and Features

Hi,

I am currently experiencing display issues in several of Windows 10 apps and features. I am certain it is a software issue as the flickering yellow tint does not appear on white backgrounds in other apps. Here is an example of the yellow tint:





Note that the flickering does not show as it is a screenshot. This same flickering yellow tint appears on all white backgrounds on Windows 10 apps like Mail above, Store, and Settings.

Another observation I found was that it sometimes went away when the window was not selected. Because of this, I was not able to capture a screenshot of the yellow tint on the Display Settings window with the Snipping Tool as it would return to normal when
I attempted to. Instead, I was able to capture it using the print screen command as shown below:





Would anyone know any solutions for this?
