Windows 10: Screen Colors Change for Some Reason

Hi,

I restarted my Lenovo laptop and the colors looked different.

Blue is swapped with orange, green is swapped with purple, etc.

I took a screenshot and sent it to myself, and the image turned out normal.

Is there any way to revert this back to normal? Any help would be appreciated.

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.
