    screen colour changes when I open an Office application


    System spec: Windows 10 Home 1909 build 18363.836 fully updated.

    Ryzen 5, MSI tomahawk mobo & ryzen 5 3600 cpu

    Nvidia Geforce 1050 with latest drivers.

    Dell 24 monitor S2419HN

    Office 2016


    System behaves normally when first booted, until I open an Office application - then the screen changes to a muted creamy yellow colour.

    A few seconds after closing the office application it USUALLY changes back.


    Sometimes it seems to get stuck.


    I'd be grateful for any help, and if I can add any further info please let me know.

    colour change

    Using my laptop and left it for a bit, when returned the home screen has changed colour, very bland grey, white and peoples hair is yellow. No warm colours they disappeared. Any suggestion as to get my normal colours back

    Office tries to open and then message can not open

    Hi Weswood111 ,follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

    Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

    Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications

    At the top, click 'Change'

    On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the Online Repair, it is a comprehensive fix

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation . . .
