Windows 10: Screen crush windows 10

Hello i had this problem since 5 or 6 months ago , its happening randomly

While using my laptop which is dell inspiron 5520 , the screen freezs and the laptop starts to make a weird noise , by the way most of the time it happens when i use a browser chrome , mozilla even brave now and it happens when i watch videos on youtube in a full screen most of the time . The thing that i'm pretty sure about is that its not a software issue because i already reinstalled windows and i still have the same problem + once when it freezs and i pressed the power button because i don't have any control ,while rebooting it freezs at that time as you will see in the picture and in the video . candy crush app won't respond

Method 1:

Let us run the Windows App troubleshooter:

• 
  Open Cortana and type in the search keyword:
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the search results click on Troubleshooting at the top to open the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View All in the left hand panel.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screens steps to reset the store apps.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  

Check if the above steps help to resolve the issue.

Method 2:

In case the above step does not work you may uninstall and re-install the Candy Crush App.

If the above still does not work and the issue still persists this could be issue with app and need to contact the App Support team.
