Windows 10: screen flickering after Hyper V was enabled

Around that time this screen flickering problem started. After realizing this, today, I uninstalled Docker, along with WSL2, updated both my intel and nvidia display drivers. But the problem still persists.I had noticed that, before uninstalling Docker, sometimes restarting the Docker app, stopped the flickering.I am at my wits end with this issue. plea

Screen flickers at startup after eabling Hyper-V

Hi all,

I bought a new HP pavilion i7 pc and upgraded from windows home to windows pro.

When I enable Hyper-V, the screen flickers at startup only and I have to power off then power on then PC works with no issues.

This happens daily when I power on the device for the first time in the morning. I am sure it's related to Hyper-V because when I disable it, this stops happening.

Any suggestion what might be wrong as I need to use Hyper-V to work on Xamarin.

I appreciate your effort on this. As per my research the error code 0x800f0831 is generated when .Net Framework 3.5 is not enabled on the computer. I suggest you to try enabling .Net Framework 3.5 on the computer. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type appwiz.cpl and click on
   OK.
   
3. Click on Turn Windows features on or off.
   
4. Now, select the check box for .Net Framework 3.5 and click on
   OK.
   
5. Restart the computer.
   

You can also check if Virtualization feature is enabled in BIOS or not, if it is not enabled, I suggest you to enable it.

Hyper-V on Windows Pro wont install and see if that helps.
