Windows 10: Screen flickering

    Screen flickering


    Okay my screen keeps flickering qnd restarting doesn't fix it. I've tried googling it but it only tells me there is an app incompatible or something.

    How am I supposed to know which app it is?

    No, my task manager doesn't flicker so it's not a graphic driver

    It also doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes it just pops up and then doesn't flicker for months.

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    Screen flickering in safe mode help!

    Hi Yasmeentq,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
