Windows 10: Screen issues.

I have a 2 in 1 runnung windows 10.


So everything was fine, until I fell asleep and it died, and then I woke up and charged it, and then turned it on, but the screen was messed up and inverted, for example, if I screen rotated it, it would register it as the total opposite, and therefore be unusable. The touch too is inverted, if I touch the bottom left for example, it will click the top right. (When the screen is right side around).


There's also another irritating thing, when I try to factory reset it, it doesn't work, it goes to like 30% then stops and says there was an error and puts everything back to how it was, which is weird because it's never said such a thing before. So I'm just stuck with inverted touch, and screen rotation.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

PC goes into black screen and froze

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
