    I'm having some really weird screen issues, and I don't really know if it's malware or a hardware problem. Can someone help?All of my programs are from certified sites, so if it was malware some companies would be getting a lot of complaints.I have tried updating, reinstalling my visual drivers, everything really related to drivers. Nothing has helped. Model - HP Laptop 14-dq1xxxOwned for about a yearProcessor - IntelR CoreTM i5-1035G4 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.50 GHz64 bitWindows 1012.1 GB of disk space open, 118 usedHard Drive model - Liteon CV8 - 8E128 - HPI have only reinstalled windows once12 G

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    blue screen issue


    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
