Windows 10: Screen Moving

So, Whenever I boot up one of my games, It is a car game, and so I actually use a car IRL (In Real Life) And its a Shift-Stick, So, anyways, The game I have is a Car Simulator, and it is automatically set to "Automatic" (Transmission), But I got really exited when I heard that there was such thing as Manual Transmission in the game, and so when I pressed the key (G), It turned it into Manual Transmission, But then I discovered that in-order to change gears**** So I was just wondering If there was I could use the Pg Up or Pg Dn Keys for the Game, But they don't actually move the Screen, though, But because Of how my computer works, It won't let me use "Run" By "Right-Clicking" On The Windows Icon On the Screen.

Moving the taskbar

You can customize your taskbar to pin your favorite apps to it, move it to where you want to display on your screen, and specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open. To address your question, we suggest
that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
