My screen resolution is at the minimum instead of where it should be. When I try to use the settings to reset it, it does not work. Any suggestions what else to do?

    Issues with Screen Resolution

Did you enable magnification? (Your can test it by double-tapping the screen with
    two fingers)

    Screen resolution issue.

What display adapter appears in Device Manager?

If it is showing the Microsoft Basic adapter, you probably need to install drivers for your specific hardware. You may get better advice if you fill in your system specs.

I install new drivers earlier, but it didn't seem to make any difference. When I use the settings to adjust the resolution, I get a box saying input not data. Rebooting doesn't work either.

The Display Adaptor is there, but does not say anything about what kind it is.

Does it display like "Standard VGA Graphics Adapater?" If yes, then it's a good sign that you'll need a graphics driver.

Is it using the Microsoft Basic drivers?

If so, you have not succeeded in installing drivers fro your graphics device.

Can you post a screen shot of your Device Manager Display adapter?

When I open the Display Adaptor properties, all it says is Display Adaptor. There's nothing else there. I just updated my drivers. When I try to reset the screen resolution, I get a floating box that says "Input not Support".

I have 2 Win10 computers and each one of them shows the same as yours.

When you are in Device Manager, instead of clicking on Properties, click on the arrow to the left of Display adapters. The display adapter identification will show up. If you prefer to type the result instead of posting a screenshot that’s ok because it will let us know what it is.
