    this "Input not support" means that your computer is driving out certain resolution that wont be displayed by the current monitor. you need to switch another resolution for it. what monitor you have?

    The monitor is an AOC with several buttons on the bottom. Would using one of those buttons help.? I don't have the instruction s for it, so I'm not sure which button does what.

    I may have found the problem. I checked the compatibility on the Graphics driver, and Win10 is not on the list. Apparently, I need to DL a different one. That sound right?

    Possibly.

    As already mentioned (post #15), there are a variety of "Intel HD graphics" devices. To direct you to a driver, we'd have to know which you have.

    One way would be to get the device ID, also as in Post 15. That can be plugged into Google, and may give the details of the graphics controller.

    One caution, though: Intel may not be the greatest in producing updated drivers for old hardware. "Old" may only be a few years old.

    I researched information yesterday on how to work with those sample entries in post 15 and I'm glad I did.
    I believe you are correct in that your graphics driver isn't compatible with Win10 and I also found out that "Old" hardware drivers can be an issue as has been mentioned.

    I would investigate installing an appropriate graphics card.
    But I believe we need to know your system specs and monitor make/model in order to be more helpful.
    I suspect you are using a VGA cable: on your monitor do you have additional connectors vs. VGA only?
