Windows 10: Screen Time not working

With the lockdown my child is working at home. Every three hours i get a request to extend her screen time on Chrome. Most of her schoolwork is done through chrome. Ive tried setting her account to 12 hours a day but it doesnt work. I have followed the MS help but it doesnt change anything. Can someone help fix this?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit
