Windows 10: Screen Turning Off

Just got a Dell Precision 5750 with Windows 10 Pro. Just one problem. Every time I walk away from the PC and come back the screens are inactive. I can simply move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard and everything comes back up but this is driving me nuts. It's like it knows when I'm afk and it turns off.

I have all power settings set to "never." I have checked local GPO, screen saver, advanced power options but nothing. The damn screen keeps shutting off! It used to require me to re-login every time this happened but I made a reg adjustment and resolved that but the screen still turns off when I walk away after a couple of minutes.

The PC is currently on Windows 1909 as I'm waiting for MS to deliver the new updates then I will be updating the OS.

Can anyone help or know how to fix this nuisance? Thank you all.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
