Windows 10: Screen usage by program and length Windows 10?

Servus, since I use my home PC very intensively and much in the Corona time, I wanted to ask if you can see the screen time and the time depending on the program somehow, somewhere in Windows 10 or if you have to preset it somehow.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

unknown computer usage

My computer spins up suddenly for a considerable length of time. During this spinup task master shows high usage but not by any listed program. All programs that I am using slow to a crawl. what is happening?
