    Ya but I can't play. I can't open any program I can't even open the windows recovery so I can recover the hard drive,

    At this point, I would be happy with photos or a 30sec video of what you can see taken on your phone!

    This is something that we need as much information as possible, and being able to see the issue may prompt us onto a path to resolution.

    Fixed it
    I had to disconnect my hard drive and boot from a USB and do a full format
    But thnx everyone for ur help
