Windows 10: Screens reset online and offline

Whether I am on a screen either online or working with my file or desktop apps, when I go to a page the screen is okay for a minute or two, but then for no reason at all it will either go back to a previous screen, or go out of the screen altogether. I posted this on the forum, received answers, tried what they all said, but nothing worked. Help!

RetailDemo Offline Content?


Was cleaning up my 10162 install using cleanmgr. One option on the list was "RetailDemo Offline Content", it was 100MB. Not sure what this is, before I delete it. Suggestions?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
