Windows 10: Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless USB Keyboard and Mouse Sleep Mode

I have recently purchased the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless USB Keyboard and Mouse, and I am experiencing very frequent delays after not using the keyboard or the mouse for a period of time of few seconds. When I leave it for just a few seconds and then trying to use it again, I am experiencing delay in the response and sometimes it gets stuck on the most recent key that I pressed after the pause.

I am using Lenovo Yoga 920, with the most recent updates of the system. I am also using an external USB-C adapter for my USB 3 ports.

I would love to solve this problem as soon as possible as I love the feeling and the feedback from the keyboard and mouse, but the delay in response after a short pause is kind of a big deal.

Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse Connect to Different USB Adapter

Hi,

I have the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse (wireless with separate USB adapter). Is there any way to connect the keyboard to a different wireless USB adapter that belongs to another Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse?

I brought the keyboard to another system, which also has the same Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse. However, I did not bring the wireless USB adapter, assuming I would be able to pair the keyboard with another USB adapter of the identical product.

The setup is:

System A: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse + 1 wireless USB adapter

- Both the keyboard and mouse work with the wireless USB adapter that came with them.

System B: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse + 1 wireless USB adapter

- The mouse works with the wireless USB adapter that came with it.

What I would like to do is connect the keyboard from System A to the wireless USB adapter in System B. To answer your question - no, the wireless USB adapter from System B is currently unable to detect the Keyboard from System A.

A usb wireless reciever for my keyboard and mouse "Sculpt ergonomic desktop" was stolen from my Laptop

Is it possible to get a replacement? If so, what information do you need from me?
