    sculpt ergonomic keyboard - shift keys stopped working


    Hello,The shift keys on my Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboards stopped working suddenly. There's nothing stuck in my keyboard, my computers are updated, and I've tried it on my work computer desktop and also connecting it to my laptop, and the issue happens with both. The left shift key doesn't work at all as of today, which means I can't enter any passwords that require capitals, special symbols, etc. and couldn't even get into my work computer this morning with it. The right shift key is even more strange, when I press it without pressing any other keys, I get this: 3333333 - no idea where the 3s a

    Keyboard of Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Wireless Desktop Keyboard and Mouse stopped working

    * Original title: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless Keyboard, Mouse and Number Pad Combo

    The keyboard of Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless stopped but the numeric pad and mouse still works. I saw the issue was brought up in the web but did not work for him.

    I'd appreciate any help on this problem.

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

    Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

    Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

    In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.
