    sculpt ergonomic keyboard skip to previous media track not working


    Hi there,


    I got the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard using the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center and I when I assign the "skip to previous media track" function to one of the function keys F3, it doesn't work - at least not with spotify. Btw, the same is true "skip to next media track" on F4.


    Any ideas?

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

    Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

    Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

    In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

    New Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse

    My previous Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse has the rubber on the side coming off. Purchased a new mouse, same kind. Now the new mouse works fine but now the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard is not working. Will the new ergonomic mouse work with my 'old'
    ergonomic keyboard? If so, what do I need to do?
