Windows 10: Sculpt ergonomic mouse - USB not recognized

culpt ergonomic mouse and am having the exact same issues Im seeing all over your boards. I gave a Dell laptop

I have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers - to no avail
I have started in compatability mode and tried to install drivee - to no avail.

i have tested on different laptop Lenovo Yoga - to no avail. It is not beimg recognized.

how do i go about getting a replacement as this mouse was nearly 3x what a standard Logitech costs so i presumed id be getting what I paid for?

Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse Connect to Different USB Adapter

Hi,

I have the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse (wireless with separate USB adapter). Is there any way to connect the keyboard to a different wireless USB adapter that belongs to another Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse?

I brought the keyboard to another system, which also has the same Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse. However, I did not bring the wireless USB adapter, assuming I would be able to pair the keyboard with another USB adapter of the identical product.

difference between Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse and Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse for Business.

Hello all!

I was looking for the Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse when I saw that there are two versions of it: Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse (L6V-00001) and Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse for Business ( 5LV-00001).
From the description, it seems like they are the same device.

Is there any difference between the two except the name?
