Windows 10: Sd bus internal error

Hi. I bought few days ago an Acer swift 1 with windows 10 and it started having problems giving me this error : SDBUS_INTERNAL_ERROR as soon as I turn it on. The laptop restarts on the spot and can’t use it.

How can i manage to fix it and use my laptop?
