Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Arc Touch Mouse SE not seen by Surface after Windows 10 Creators Edition Loaded

I'm having the same problem now, seems like it was working before but I could just not have been paying attention, i'm a docking station set up when working form my home office and don't use my ARC SE 100% of the time but for the last two days I've been
highly furstrated that it's not working.

I can pair it, it shows up in the bluetooth scan, I add it, then it gets added to the "other devices" list vs. in the Mouse/Keyboard list and then is unresponsive... this needs to be corrected ASAP.

I've done all the pair/unpair/repair steps; batteries,; reboot; all the normal steps - nothing, I even updated the latest Mouse and Keyboard drivers/app for the Arc Mouse SE... nothing - again, needs to be fixed ASAP.

 

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
