Windows 10: Sea of Thieves mistake

Hello!
At the moment, I have encountered a problem in the passage of Tall Tales 4-Star crook
The problem is that when I put stones in the eyes of a statue, I don't get a clue what to do next!
I watched videos on YouTube and the authors are given hints!
I'm terribly annoyed because this is the last stage of the quest, and I went through the quest 3 times.
Explain why I don't get a hint for the brazier
I can't go through and get the dissector stone without it!

Today I downloaded sea of thieves on my windows 10. I opened sea of thieves and it suddenly closed the game after a split second, I tried multiple times but got nothing, any suggestions?

Can't download Sea of Thieves

Hello, I have already tried the steps on sea of thieves site(https://support.seaofthieves.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115013913128-Windows-10-Store-Troubleshooting), steps from site appuals(How to Fix Windows Store Error Code 0x803FB107 - Appuals.com) and
videos from youtube which also have really similar steps to appuals. Also none of the steps that you suggested works.
