Windows 10: seaate ub fashing blue lght

when i plug in my usb seagate 1TB it loads for about 20 seconds it has solid blue blight u can hear it rurring it reckogonise under the devices then after 20 secods it cuts out, it dissapears from deices theres no noise from drive, and the light flashses constantly blue, ive tried a new cable and a different usb drive but its just the same. by the time i plug it in and do anythihg it cuts out but light keeps flasing ive doned my best to check the drivers and they seem ok,but only get20 seconds to test, but umder one of them there is 3 drivers. anyne have any advice thanks stephen

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
