Windows 10: seagate external drive not recognised in Windows 10

Hi, my Seagate BUP Slim BK USB Device/external drive was corrupted yesterday when I connected it to my computer. This is the message I get when I try to connect it E:\ is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. And when I try to have it scanned for issues, this is the message This disk check could not be performed because Windows can't access the disk.


When I open the disk properties, it tells me that it is working properly, but when I try to reinstall it, it is not recognised.


How can I get either Windows 10 to recognise it or re-install it?

Windows 10 PC not recognising the external Seagate Drive

i plug this seagate drive in a blut tooth external connection. But the PC doesnt recognise the drive.. it recognises other drives but not this one

I have just updated my desktop PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now when I plug my Seagate Backup Plus external drive into any USB port on the desktop I can't get access to the files on the external drive. The Seagate shows up as an "Unspecified" device
but the troubleshooting option does not work. However, the Seagate drive does work and is accessible on my laptop which is currently running Windows 8.1. Please help as this external drive has a lot of pictures and files on it that are very important to
me.
