Windows 10: Seagate goflex home not available after last update of windows 10

I know this question has been answered before for other versions or updates of windows, but now on 2019 my seagate dashboard stops working after a windows update, but not just the dashboard but the entire partitions of my disk are gone from windows (they used to appear as a netowork drive) and the seagate goflex home used to appear as a computer on my network but now it just disappear from everywhere, other devices an computers with other OS still can see my disk so is not the disk.

Seagate GoFlex on Windows 10

I have a Seagate GoFlex network drive that is connected to my router by a cable. It has a USB port to share a printer. On Windows 7 and formerly Windows 8 I could share it no problem. However, on Windows 10, I cannot find the printer plugged into the Seagate
device.

Has anyone figured out if the USB port is usable with Windows 10?

The Windows 10 Creator was just installed on my laptop tonight and suddenly I would get a message that the Seagate Dashboard couldn't connect to the service... after reading your solution, I uninstalled the Seagate Dashboard, following your first link,
and redownloaded the "GoFlex Software" (Dashboard and Memeo software for GoFlex Drives - updated for Windows 8.) which ended up being the bundled zip file you're mentioning. I reinstalled the program
and it started working again. Thanks.

I had noticed my Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk STAC1000101 was not responding to back ups since upgrading to Windows 10. After some time spent on internet looking for answers, I found your forum. Followed your suggestion to uninstall old software, download
link GoFlex BundledSW Ver. 1.1.0.1554, Copyright 2016, and install from CD, my external drive is working again. I am very happy that I did not need to purchase a new external drive or loose all of my previous backups. I have just under 20 years of family
photos of grandchildren and great grandchildren backed up. I lost my hard drive a few years back and nothing was stored on a cloud. I would have been devastated if I had not been able to restore my photos then from an external drive.

Shame Seagate's website does not have this information. Would have saved me at least two hours searching for updated drivers and/or software. Thanks so much for your suggestions. This solution works. Now that's what I call a Happy Thanksgiving.
