Windows 10: Search bar color glitch

I've been having issues with my computers for a few weeks now and I've been trying different tests to figure what was going on. I ended up formating my computer today to see if that would put an end to these issues. One of them has been that sometime, for no apparent reason, the search bar background color glitches out and look like the above. I've tried to find some help about this online without avail. Could this be an indicator that there's something wrong with part of my hardware or is this a known Windows issue that has been caused by some recent update?Thank you.

Cortana's Font Color (Blue) is impossible to read when she responds to me

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are trying to change the font color for Cortana on your PC, I suggest you to follow the step mentioned below:

Steps:

1. Type ‘Color settings’ in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Tap on the ‘Color’ option.
   
3. Uncheck ‘Automatically pick an accent color from my background’.
   
4. You can select the preferred color, under
   Windows colors.
   
5. You can click on Cortana and you will be able to notice the color that was selected.

May I be so bold as to post an alternative which will change the search bar from White to default Grey.
*** if this method has been posted here before, I apologize. ***

Settings > Time &n Language > Region & language > change Country or region to a country not accepted by Cortana, such as Gabon > reboot.
Cortana search bar is changed to grey colour.
After reboot, back to Region & Country > change the country back to the original one.
Cortana search bar will remain grey in colour.

Thank you for your response.

We suggest trying the following steps to check if the Cortana search bar changes the color.

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Personalization.
• Once inside the Personalization window, on the left pane, choose Colors.
• At the bottom of the Colors section, choose Dark as the app theme.

After this, restart the PC and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, reverse the steps given and then restart the PC again. If it fails again, please do let us know.
