Windows 10: Search Not Working Win10- Search and Cortana

Hi,

Cortana was slowing down my pc so I deleted/disabled search and Cortana. I don't know how I did it but I need help! I cannot use windows search and I am dependent on it for .exe applications. Please help me in installing/enabling it. I have already tried going to settings and troubleshooting but it didn't find issues.

I have a lot of space for display content in Cortana search list, and 80% of it not used because Cortana sorting items by types.
How disable all filters and make visible all suggested content?

Search without Cortana
