Searched files appear as last modified, even if not accessed at all!

Hi! I have install Windows 10 before 2 weeks. I noticed that every time i search for a file at the upper right box, every file that appeared as a result of current search (even if i didn't use it), changes last modified date and takes the exact search time and date as last modified. This is a disaster for a current folder that i keep at my desktop since these files were shown from newer to older. Is there any solution for this problem?

    Thanks in Advance.

    :)

  2. How do I search for a specific

Using the File Explorer, I want to search for all files modified on a certain date in the past. The only options I see things like "yesterday, last week, last year, etc." I want to be able to search for all files modified on a certain date (ex. July
    12, 2015). How can I do this?

  3. Modified date changes every time I view a file

Whenever I open a file to view it, the date modified changes. I only want this date to change if I actually change the file. When I look at the properties the accessed date and modified dates are the same even though I have made no changes. I need to
know the last time my files were actually modified. Is there any way of changing this behaviour?
