Windows 10: Second Hard drive has waisted space that I cannot recover

I have a small ssd drive C that my operating system is on. When it was installed the operating system and a recovery partition was created on this C: drive. Sytem is windows 10 version 10.0 build 17763


This left my E: drive with 2 recovery partitions and an EFI system partition that are simply taking up space. How can the both recovery and the EFI partition they be removed from my E or disk 1. My C: drive is disk 0

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
