Windows 10: Second Login Account is default, but doesn't exist on computer. How do I remove?

When I login to Windows 10, the default account is a username that doesn't exist under accounts. How doI remove this second account?


I tried removing the account under netplwiz but the second account doesn't exist.

The account seems to be half of a login I normally use, if "Flower225" was my account this second nonexistent login is showing as "Flowe"


Normally I could ignore this second broken account, but windows has it as the default login, andI have to click my account each time I restart or wake from sleep.


Under Accounts I have my account set up as default login but it's still selecting this second account.

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
