    this site not secure error on any ssl site

    I receive the error "this site isn't secure" using any browser and connecting to any ssl site. I am running windows 10 on a Microsoft surface computer. Examples: of sites: gmail.com, facebook.com. when attempting to login.

    I have checked time on computer and it is correct. I have reinstalled windows 10 on device and error still exists.

    This is the error from Gmail

    Your PC doesn’t trust this website’s security certificate.
    Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA

    Because this site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security, you can’t continue to this site at this time.

    First thing check your date and time on your PC if it's wrong the certificate will appear out of date
