Windows 10: Security at a glance

Discus and support Security at a glance in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Security at a glance, I tried to follow the steps to fix it but nothing happen it keep on showing blank field, I cannot start windows defender...     Security at a glance


    Security at a glance, I tried to follow the steps to fix it but nothing happen it keep on showing blank field, I cannot start windows defender antivirus from services.msc also, I tried to reset the windows but show problem to reset windows. Please help

    i do not have the full security at a glance: ive been having some trouble trying to download a program from itch.io and when i tried to find any virus protection stuff, its just not there. and appearently Virus protection is supposed to be on the front page!!! plus some of my security ui is blocked by some sort of IT...
