    Ok mate I know from past experience that Melbourne like to do things in their own sweet way and time - again because in the past I have downloaded from the global site (many moons ago) only to find it was riddled with problems out here and on occasions would not even download.

    I suppose they have their reasons but for the life of me I cannot see what but suffice to say when I lived in the UK (born there) I used to think it was terribly bureaucratic but you ain't seen nothing until you see Aussie bureaucracy*Confused
