    Hello,
    Trying to download latest update "KB4592449", once from Microsoft updates catalog, then from this site.
    In both places I get a notice that the update can't be downloaded securely.
    Attached 2 screenshots in a pdf file. (Security Problem 2020-12-08_214652.pdf)
    Is it secure or not secure ?
