Windows 10: Security Threats Under Virus & threat protection and Protection History

I have Windows 10 Home 21H1 OS Build 19043.2251.Under Virus & Threat Protection there is PUA:Win32/Solvusoft. How do I remove this without me personally touching registries? I do not want to manually touch registries. I already deleted the file download that triggered this. Under Protection History, it says twice “This app has been blocked” but there is an item that states”Potentially unwanted app found”.Normally under the not so olden days you can just right-click under Protection History and delete the unwanted items. But there is no way of doing that in my current version of Windows

This could be a problem in the Windows Defender protection history when a threat is already removed and keep showing the alert. Clearing the Windows Defender history should fix this problem.

Step 1:

1-Right-click on Start and click on Run

2-Type: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History and click on OK

3-Open the Service folder, select all files inside it and delete them

4-Close the file explorer

Step 2:

1-Click on Start, search for Windows Security, and click on that

2-Click on Virus & Threat protection then click on Manage settings

3-Toggle the button to Off and then to On again, for Real-Time protection and Cloud-delivered protection

Virus threat protection

As an alternative approach, you can allow that utility through the Controlled Folder Access section of WIndows 10 security . . .

Open Windows Defender Security Center

Go to Virus & threat protection - Virus & threat protection settings

Scroll down to Controlled folder access

From there, you can add Dell Data Vault to the list of safe or allowed apps to prevent it from being blocked

Please do not leave Controlled Folder Access turned off permanently

 

Windows security Virus & threat protection.

Windows security Virus & threat protection tells me that "Your Virus & threat protection is managed by your organization" Something is wrong since I don't have an organization. Please help
