Windows 10: Seeing ads on my paid for solitaire subscription.

I tried all the suggestions but nothing works. This happend a couple of weeks ago and then it stopped but now it's doing it again. Why don't they fix this problem at Microsoft once and for all?

Microsoft Solitaire Collection subscription problem.

I have an annual subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I paid on January 6, 2019 and everything has been working fine with no ads. Yesterday it started showing ads and said to not see them I need to subscribe. I have paid already and cannot find
anyone to help. What can I do?

I had some issues with windows 10 and was forced to get Micro Soft tech support. Once completed I noticed my paid subscription to solitaire is gone. how can I restore it.

 

How to stop Casino ads having paid a one year subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection

A premium subscription should make ads no longer showing while playing this game. Since you've already subscribed on this service, we'd like to request to perform the following:

• Perform the WSReset command to clear the store app’s cache and reset it to a clean state
  (This also applies to built-in apps of Windows 10). This is to remove the state on where the ads is still showing after you subscribe. To do so, follow the steps below:
  

1. Press Windows + R to open the Run window.
2. Type in WSReset.exe, then click
   OK.
3. Wait for the command to finish.

• Delete the temporary files on your computer by running Disk Cleanup. Visit this link:

After running the utility tools above, launch the Microsoft Solitaire Premium app again.
