Windows 10: Seems Update 1809 has messed up my keyboard

Hi All, I'm running Win 10 on an HP Pavilion. I installed update 1809 just now and now my keyboard is messed up. Some keys are now not working. What is the best way to fix this? Try to update the keyboard driver? Some other solution?

Anyone else have this issue? Thanks,

Windows 1809 Started the install on Surface Pro 4 but it stopped and the update screen closed by itself.

It started the download of 1809 and I walked away. Came back twenty minutes later and the update page was no longer open. Tried update again and it said it's updated.

It didn't complete the update or state the RESTART NOW.

Update history lists 1809 and states RESTART REQUIRED but since it didn't complete the install restarting does nothing.

So it thinks it's installed the 1809 update but it hasn't. It won't download 1809 again.

ABOUT say's it is 1803.

Suggestions?

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.

  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
