Windows 10: Segurazo and Viruses

So, a few hours ago I decided to get a pokemon rom for my computer at romsmania and downloaded the file. I'm pretty sure I've used this site before and its never given me any trouble before but this time after I downloaded the file, it looked different and it asked if it could change stuff on my comp. That's when I got more skeptical but since it worked for me before I thought it was something that was necessary, but I'm afraid I was very mistaken. After the download was at 50 or so I used task manager to cancel the process, but I think I still got malware on my computer. I began to see chromium popping up in folders and such and began to delete them. Now I'm at the point where I see Segurazo in my folders as an "anti-virus" application, however, I'm not able to delete it since it says I need administrator when I already have administrator privileges. Please help, I've never delt with something like this and I'm afraid it could take all of my information.

Once the virus is removed just use a reputable antivirus program like AVG. I suggest AVG because it does check usb devices for viruses automatically once you stick the usb drive into the usb port.

Step 1: Install Windows Updates and run a full System Scan using
Windows Defender.

To install Windows Update,

Navigate to “Start->Settings->Updates and Security->Windows update->check for updates->Install updates”.

Or

  Press “Windows key + R” and type
  “control update” and press ok.
  
• 
  Click on check for updates option and click on
  Install updates.
  

To run Windows Defender,

• 
  Navigate to “Start->Settings-> Updates and Security->Windows Defender->open Windows Defender”.
  
• 
  Select the option “full” under
  “scan option” and click on “scan now”.
  

Note: time taken to scan your full system depends on the size of the file you have on your PC.

Step 2: Uninstall unknown programs.

I would suggest you to check, if any unknown programs are installed on your PC.

  Press “Windows key + X” from your keyboard and click on
  “Control panel”.

  Change to “Large Icon” under “View by” (you will see at right top corner of the windows).

  Click on “Programs and Features” option.

  Select and right click on the unknown programs (if installed) and click on

Question on viruses and documents

AVG was on this computer when it got infected. I cleaned this one a month ago or so. Put the latest avg on it. and yeah got infected. so putting avast on this time
