Windows 10: sensitivity on mouse gets faster at random times

I have gone through 3 Logitech mice and have troubleshooted everything on the Logitech side of things. The problem is 100% with my computer. I have tried markC but it didn't work. My mouse changes sensitivity randomly, from relatively low dpi of 800 to what feels like 1600. What could be causing this and how can I fix it short of resetting my pc?

Here are the steps to uninstall the latest update:

• Open Settings.
• Go to Update and Security and select Windows Update.
• Select View installed update history.
• Choose the latest update and select uninstall.
