Windows 10: Sentences stop entering in the middle of words

When I am writing a note or a search often my sentence disappears and I have to re highlight the line to finish

I bought a new Surface Pro with Windows 10 and am using the mail program which was already installed. The program capitalises some words in the middle of sentences: like Capital and Yours. This is driving me crazy and I need help to find out how to turn
this off. Please help.

I have neither solved the problem nor have I been on a Cortana trip, since I have not used Cortana and right now am too busy to mess about with trying to figure this out. What does worry me is that the problem I am having with the Microsoft mail software
appears to be recognised, but Microsoft does not appear to be interested enough to fix this. It is completely hopeless for me to have serious email correspondence if the software keeps changing the first letter only of some words from lower to upper case.
There does not seem to be a logic to this. We do not use capital letters in the English language, in the middle of sentences for normal words like your and yours. Even the word next suddenly gets converted to neXT, which is very weird. If someone from Microsoft
is reading this, then please explain why you don't put someone onto this very irritating problem.
