    September 10, 2019—KB4515384 (OS Build 18362.356) problem


    I have tried to install this cumulative update several times either through windows update or downloading it Microsoft update catalog. Each time after restart the start button no longer iopensso I can get to my apps and the search bar is non functional can't type any searches into the box.
