Hi, I have been having problems with September 10, 2019—KB4515384 update. I have been having internet and audio and mouse problems and BSOD. I need to uninstall this update until it can be fixed, but when I go into uninstall updates it is not there, and when I run CMD and try to uninstall it it says it is not installed, but in my update history it says it was successfully installed on the 19/9/2019 your help would be much appreciated Thank you.

    :)

Hello! I am an Independent Advisor, I would love to help you out!

There are some known issues with this KB. You can see known issues here:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/releas...

I'd recommend submitting this feedback by pressing windows key + f and filling in relevant information.

After that I would suggest to either try to rollback or uninstall the update.

    To rollback you can:

Start > Settings and click on Update & Security.

Click the Recovery link on the left and then click on Get started under 'Go back to the previous version of Windows 10.'

To manually uninstall an update you can follow this guide:

    https://knowhowtechnology.wordpress.com/2019/09...

Then after that you will either want to pause updates temporarily, or fully disable them.

You can pause updates for up to 35 days if you have Windows 10 version 1903, Windows 10 Pro version 1809, or Windows 10 Enterprise version 1809

You can find steps and information on how to pause the updates here:
