It is hard to give you a speciffic answer, as the HTTP error 500 means, that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request by the client.

This is a 'catch-all' error generated by the server. Basically something has gone wrong, but the server can not be more specific about the error condition in its response to the client. This error can only be resolved by fixes to the server.



There is only one thing you can do before reporting this problem to your server admin:

Try to do a full resync:

To perform a full resynchronization, select Options
> Full Resync.

Note: You will lose data that has been created or changed
on the device since the last successful synchronization.
It is possible, that something changed on the server and the device needs to get a new policy info.



Also, are you sure, that you account hasn't expired?
