Windows 10: Setting?

I cannot do anything uninstall, Download and More? it need a admin password and i didn't put a password on and the true problem is i can switch into another account that wasn't admin and when i try to change to it need a password and i try my best i can't do anything about it now and can window center fix it?

In reference with your notice:

• about the wallpaper on Today screenshot, I exactly was talking about going back to the defaul theme image. I'll check the home/Today settinga;
• icons order on start menu: I was talking about the menaging difficulty about moving the icons wherever I want (example on the left and right instead of up and down only). I had in mind the classical desktop style;
• windows update which does not works: could you transmit this topic to Microsoft's developers? It will be very helpful for all WM 6.5 users.

but if I understood you right it in Settings->sync my settinga->Passwords

when I try to change it to on the phone start some process and shortly after turn it back to off automatically. Any suggestions?

 

n95 update to v12 lost default ringtones

just updated my N95 to v12 s/w. All went fine.

restored contacts + settings etc from memory card no problem and phone appears to be working fine in all aspects, better in some (gps and bluetooth, no surprise) than before.

except now I notice it has no ring tones..all I have is vibrate. if I go into settingts-general-personalisation-tones-ring tone I can only select "off" or "download sounds", which then prompts me to go to the internet....

any suggestions how to fix? I'm only bothered about just getting the standard ringtones back, I don't even use MP3's.
