Windows 10: settings button

Discus and support settings button in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Why is my settings button not working, it shows up and when I run the mouse over it, It has the page but wont let me get it up on the screen, why?...     Why is my settings button not working, it shows up and when I run the mouse over it, It has the page but wont let me get it up on the screen, why?

    but your suggestion did not work.When i turn off home button in Edge and re-open Edge and turn on home button ...the home icon appears but fades away when Edge is re-opened.

    I even uninstalled Edge and re-installed Edge following a fellow members suggestion tutorial but this step did not work either.

    Very strange

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    The workaround is not a solution as I stated. It merely create an button on the Favorite Bar!

    Please follow davidhk's suggestion. You may have to run SFC /scannow three times in order to correct the file corruption problem!
