Windows 10: Settings not working

Ok, I'm gonna be very clear with this


As the title as implied, I click the settings app. It starts to load then immediately closes. Not just that, whenever I plugging a new recording device into my computer... Immediately starts making stuff like camtasia and OBS really slow.


Now I'm more irritated about the settings right now.


My first question is, what in the hell decided to just make it stop working. I have been stalled or done nothing in the last couple of days on my computer and it just stopped working. That's my first question


My next question is, how the hell do I get it to reactivate and stop not opening all the time???


I tried my best to do the following and that is to.


I use the command prompt, didn't work


I used the power shell, didn't work


I tried creating a new user, didn't work


I tried checking my drivers, didn't work


I tried updates I tried, looking if it was still open.


The last thing I could do is reboot my computer or reinstall windows and I am not doing that, I am not doing that because I am not going to reinstall everything! Just because some random glitch happened to make the setting stop working.

Now, what is the problem with this. Why did it stop working?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
