Windows 10: Settings Problem Has Me Stumped

I have recently noticed some issues with my mouse and keyboard; I think they are just simple settings issues but I cannot find the solution to save my life!!! I am using a dell precision laptop with a wireless mouse and keyboard.


Whenever I am on a web page and try to "cut and paste" information, using the "Ctrl" button causes my browser to enlarge.


When there is a drop down, as in entering how many items on a shopping site, the drop down does not stay open long enough for my selection; it will "flicker" the drop down and then close it back up.


Same is true when I am on a web page and try to see the options at the bottom of the page; IF I can ever get to the bottom of a page it rolls back to the top before I can make make my selection.


I have shut the computer down; looked at the mouse and keyboard settings; verified no keys are sticking; nothing is sitting on top of keys on the laptop of keyboard; and nothing is on the touch pad of the laptop.

Any ideas how I can fix this??

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
