Windows 10: Settings Won't Open - and I can't get around it

Discus and support Settings Won't Open - and I can't get around it in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So, several of my programs no longer work and I can't seem to find a way to even check my updates because the Settings App wont open it opens with its...     Settings Won't Open - and I can't get around it


    So, several of my programs no longer work and I can't seem to find a way to even check my updates because the Settings App wont open it opens with its pretty little green screen, sits for 2 seconds, and then closes. I have done a sfc scan came back restart and it didn't fix the problem. Even tried to create a new user with administration and it locks when trying to load the first time. Finally went to reinstall Windows....and it won't let me. I could use a bit of help, if anyone has any ideas?

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Skype won´t wok in 17063

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??

    Settings Won't Open - and I can't get around it

    5800 Xpress, podcasting won´t open! Aaargh

    So it has happened twice, that the podcasting feature simply won´t open. No probs with radio or music player, but the podcaster just blinks and nothing more. I´ve done two hard resets (wich worked) but I don´t like to have to redo EVERYTHING when it happens.



    Why does my phone act this way?
